What does people 3b with these days?
 

There are some players who 3b very light. They are often like 21/19/3 or so. If they defend their blinds they always 3b.

Sometimes it seems as they 3b everything they would raise first in with and usually they have position.

Any thoughts on this?

I'm raising all hands that are ahead or equal to Villain's range, while occasionally mixing it up with random connectors.

Edited to add: One thing that can be useful is your opponents tendency to call a 3bet OOP, I've found that this varies DRASTICALLY from person to person.

i 3 bet the CO and button with 98s or 910s+ quite often
