$100 NL: extracting with a flush

Stacks: $115.

Villain opens for $5 from MP3. I call from the button with Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. We take the flop heads up. Pot=$11.

Flop: A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. Villain bets $6, I raise to $20, villain calls. Pot=$51.

Turn: 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. check-check.

River: 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. villain leads out for $18. Do I push, or make a smaller raise?

hmm not an easy question. Basically you could make a chart of raise amount vs. amount won, using % you think you'll get called * raise amount to calculate amount won.
Anyways I would usually push here hoping oponent has smaller flush, set, 2 pair. If he's a donk he might call with just an A. Really really player dependent

Judging by bet sizing I think he is not extremely confident in his hand but he also called a decent raise on flop so I think he wants to show it down.

I would probably raise to around $50-$55 because most people aren't calling a push here.

bet the turn. you have a monster draw.

as played, villain has 75 to go and there is 70 in the pot. I would just push.

I'm only going to make my hand 1 time in 3, and I don't have much FE, so why should I bet?
