UB $11s: UTG minraise + call...good shove with 13BBs?

Ultimate Bet No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t100 (8 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com

MP1 (t1730)
MP2 (t1290)
CO (t3070)
Hero (t1230)
SB (t3250)
BB (t1175)
UTG (t2080)
UTG+1 (t1175)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to t200</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, CO calls t200, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to t1230 (All-In)</font>

I have a note on the original raiser. It says that he loves to just put money in the pot...lots of limping lots of minraising. Call seems super weak. I believe I crush UTG's range and just a call from the CO puts 550 in the pot and I think I take it down PF here often...you like?
