No read on the villain, except for the fact that I caught him bluffing and took a big pot off of him the previous hand. I don't know if he's on tilt. Is this an auto-fold? Should I have called the check-raise on the flop? |
Re: Playing TT when the board pairs
Raise more preflop (200)
Push the flop after the reraise. As played call very fast. |
Re: Playing TT when the board pairs
why push the flop after the cr? are you putting him on a bluff or a flush draw here?

Re: Playing TT when the board pairs
i probably limp pf
|
Re: Playing TT when the board pairs
I prefer a limp PF
As played, push over the RR |
Re: Playing TT when the board pairs
Why the push after the reraise?
I don't disagree but would like to understand the reasons? |

[/ QUOTE ] I would also push after the reraise (if I was calling the reraise) because if you're going to call the reraise you're pot committed anyway. You don't mind making a worse hand fold (two over's) and many worse hands call (flush draws, A9, some smaller pockets) so stick it in now if you feel like you have the best hand. |
Re: Playing TT when the board pairs
I'm surprised; I thought a pf limp was really standard here.

Re: Playing TT when the board pairs
Why would you want to limp here? Don't you want to raise for value and protect your slightly vulnerable hand? I normally raise to 250 here...
