I'm 99% certain this is a spoof and will never become a feature but it is amusing.

Also surprising that they were able to assemble an impressive cast for a mock trailer - Helen Mirren, Del Toro, Mile Jovovich, etc...

This was made by an Italian artist for a biennial Venice art show a couple years back. It is not a feature film. The cast is very impressive, but I think the whole thing is just an excuse to start an orgy.
