Thats a perfect spot, but i would have bet more on the flop though. If he calls turn and checks river again i would seriously consider shoving.

well there are lots of good and bad regs at party, and lots of predictable fish that you can easily bluff in certain pots. So bluffing as little as possible is kinda wrong lol.

Looks standard to me. He will show up with a low/medium pocketpair or a flushdraw frequently here.
A low pocketpair will have a hard time calling if you bet turn.
Obviously he are not going away if he hit his flush. After betting turn we go into check-fold mode.
