like the ones I see on videos of people playing full tilt. They say vpip/aggression/3bet% and whatever else, are there any and if so are they legal?

yes, they are legal for all the poker sites I'm aware of. I use PokerAce HuD (search for it here or google it), which also requires having PokerTracker to run. PA HuD is great IMHO.

Yes, they are legal. I use PokerOffice and have been very satisfied. Also, if you are patient, there is also Holdem Manager, a new kid on the block that is in beta, and that will have a HUD (program that displays the stats) when done. It isn't clear how long it will take before it is fully functional (no HUD at the moment), though the buzz is great. And of course there is PokerTracker + PAHUD that were mentioned in the other post.
