Basic Question on dealing w/ Bubble Bully

I know a specific question can be answered thru ICM, but I'm interested in more general replies. I have problems dealing with a player who is abusing the bubble. Last night I was playing with a 2+2'er who went off on the bubble, raising about 90% of the hands. Stacks at the time were something like (names have been changed to protect the guilty):

SS1) 1500
SS2) 900
TwistedEvil) 6000
RustyHammers) 4500

I had position on villian. In general what hands do you re-raise with in this situation? Is calling an option?

Blinds 100/200, no ante

Ah, the luxuries of being cl at the bubble.

Calling is bad. I think I play QQ+ and that's it, maybe AKs depending on the situation. The smaller the small stacks get, the tighter you have to play. Here, with you have 3x SS1 and SS2 having only 4.5 BB, I think I'm only playing QQ+.

PS, should I be including AK in my range here?

at 100 200, you can afford to be REALLY tight with stacks like this but as blinds go up or antes come in, i think you can reshove like AQ+,TT+. These are a little loose and you REALLY don't want a call but you have to think that this 2+2er also doesn't want to make a call here as he knows that you aren't just restealing to resteal, you must have a hand here.

I'm probably more evil than him w/ bigstack on bubble. In a turbo, I was able to add 50% to my stack within 30 seconds, just shoving ATC. Bubble fear rox

I play basically nothing but top hands. basically QQ+ AKo+ b/c there is just no point in making a stand. And if i was the CL i would shove pretty much every hand b/c its the cool thing to do.

I like to tell the small stacks, "Jesus [censored] christ one of you go out already".
