Deep 3/6 HU decision

Villain is pretty bad. He bought in for $350 or 400 and pwned me in coinflips and 5 outers to build a stack. He generally plays very aggro PF and on the flop and tends to slow down on the turn. Also, he doesnt like to fold "good hands".

He plays very straight forward post flop (for example, he would never 3bet semibluff this turn if i raised). I had never seen him c/c flop and lead the turn.

He MIGHT only 3bet with a flush but im not 100% confident in that.

Anyway, i'll save any other comments for after we get this going.

I agree with Teh1337zor. Make it like 150 and fold to a raise. If just called, then value bet like 250.

If he plays v. straightfoward postflop I assume this Q helped his hand as well. He either has two pair/straight or a flush or a Qx drawing hand etc.

I think a raise is good here but I make it 200 maybe even bigger. I want to make sure he is committing his stack if he 3-bets and I want to feel comfortable making a fold given the read in the OP.

I would flat here for sure, 85% of the time prob.

It makes the river fairly easy to play, and you have a [censored] monster that can't withstand a 3-bet on the turn w/o redraws.

Ae,

But there's practically zero chance that he ever 3bets with a hand we beat and there are plenty of worse hands he can call with. Anyway, that's my reasoning for raising the turn.
Could you explain to me what's wrong with that and/or why your line is better?
