TPmehK, multiway, no redraw... monster pot brewing.

From the lobby stats this is a laggy table. The action I've seen so far confirms it. And that is the sum of my very vague read on this situation.

yea, I don't like the PF 3-bet out of position with AJ against unknowns.

I'm not 3-betting this preflop. It might be one thing if you thought it might buy you a free card in case you miss the flop, but given your position, I don't see how it really helps you.

I'm folding this on the flop.

whilst I dont like preflop raising (AJs would be a raise though) lets at least use the information we have.

1. UTG LRRed even after a raise and heros reraise (from BB which signifies strength greater than hero actually has)
2. Hero bets the flop and UTG doesnt care
3. UTG+2 doesnt seem to care about 2.
4. CO doesnt seem to care about 3.

fold and watch the action and dont be mad if you hand was good on the flop and miraculously holds up. Its possible that at least one of these guys is FOS but I doubt they all are. regardless of outcome, take notes and profit on later hands

Agree, AJ isnt the best hand to raise OOP multiway.

OK, I get the point about the pf raise but heres the logic.

The limpers could have random and the the CO's bet is not really a sign of strength. If he is strong I want to minimise the decisions on later streets. So, I raise here with a plan to, hit it hard and jam it otherwise not put any more in.

Oversimplified, probably.

I am pleased though that people think this is a good fold. I'm having a tendency to go into calldown mode too often with hands like this through fear of folding the best in a big pot.

FYP

If it wasn't raised when it got to me I'm raising this from the blinds pretty much always.
