Rake and Vpps on the stars heads up no limit cash

that is the reply i got. the fpps rakeback on heads up tables is around 6.4% for every fpp you get per raked 0.5$ hand. while on sngs it is 8% and on 6max or 9players tables bigger than 8%.
the rake on that tables 0.5 max /hand is really huge why the rakeback is less there? it should be 1.5vpp to be like the other stars games. in other words that means a supernova vip is getting 22.4% rakeback from the heads up cash no limit games.
i suggest lets send them some emails to increase it at 1.5vpp/raked hand.

Thank you for your email. You are getting only 1 VPP because the rake we
are taking is lower. You could pay up to $1.00 in rake on a normal table
while still earning only one VPP, but at the heads-up games you earn the
FPP much sooner and the amount of rake you pay is actually capped at a
much lower amount.

You may only get one VPP per hand, but you will never pay more than $0.50
in rake per hand.

This is the format we have decided to use and we will certainly be using
it for the next few weeks at the very least to determine how popular the
games with this format.

Thank you for your email. We are actually taking less rake per hand from
the heads-up tables, but you are correct in that it does work out at more
rake per player. However that is just the nature of heads-up play and is
true on every single poker site.

We appreciate your feedback but quite honestly we never intended the VIP
program to be the exact equivalent of rakeback, and we think the VIP
program stands on its own merits. If you determine that the missing 4.6%
means you are unable to play on our tables then that is your choice, but
it is unlikely we will be offering more that 1 VPP per hand at the heads
up tables I'm afraid.

also dont you find a 0.5 rake on a table 0.25-0.50 or 0.50-1 heads up too huge?

Is that every pot or just when the pot size * 5% is greater than $0.50?

0.05$ rake for every 1$ in the pot
1vpp for every 0.4$ rake pot and up.

I almost dont know if its a good thing or a bad thing but I am gonna get a lot less FPPs if I stick to playing HU cash.

I'm planning on playing HU cash and looking for easy games in HU sng's. Seems like the best way to go right now, mostly 2-tabling I think, one cash and one SnG, maybe two SnG's if there's another donk signed up for a 220 or 550.

I'd rather get raked 50c with 3.2c rakeback than get raked 1 buck with 8c rakeback.

OK so supernova VIP's are making 22.4% rakeback for NLCASH HU. How much are NLTRN players making?

Re: Rake and Vpps on the stars heads up no limit cash

It's not how much you make, it's how much you pay. Net loss is what counts. Small stakes players are better off in SNGs and high/mid stakes players are better off in cash games. I'll leave to an analyst to work out which is best, but the 210 game is prolly close to the 1 2 hu game. ~guessing, too tired to really think about it~
