Nancy: Absolute Poker continues to be available for play by all members of the online community worldwide, including US players. Furthermore, the Safe Ports Act passed by the U.S. Congress on September 30th neither prohibits nor makes it illegal for any U.S. customer to play with us.
Nancy: Our strong belief is that poker is a game of skill and therefore is not encompassed by this law. As set forth in the user agreement, we furnish a gaming environment, and participants are eligible to access this environment for their enjoyment where legal to do so.
Nancy: The management of player’s funds at Absolutepoker.com is held to the highest standard of a public company. You can be assured that your funds are completely safe and secure and held separately in a leading European financial institution. Any time you make a deposit; your funds are held specifically for you and are never mixed with operational funds. Regardless of any developments, your money is safe and accessible at any time.
Nancy: ok
Nancy: Is there anything else I can help you with today?
you: nope

At least epassport is still an option for the momment!

Re: EPASSPORT-ABSOLUTE-BACKJACK-NO MORE

I'd say this is a prudent move by ePassporte or Absolute, whichever of them initiated it.

epassporte did it. They do not accept any gambling transactions. Only merchants of poker with non sportsbooks or regular merchants.

This has been posted here before. It has been AP's policy for months.

I'm curious if this is just the first indication of a larger ePass issue. I've been trying to make an ePass deposit on the True Poker network since 8 pm and hasn't gone through. Every ten minutes or so they broadcast a message through their Host system saying if you are trying to make an ePass deposit to contact the Host. When I do they say they are working on it.
Is this the tip of an iceberg?

don't think so

they just want poker only sites

when party added party casino i couldn't deposit there through epassport (even tho they had an epassport only bonus)

epass support said because party has casino games
