villan and I are both 22/20. We have been batteling, and neither one of us gives the other any credit, especially preflop. I 4-bet with the intention of instacalling a shove.. But he flatted, WTF?????

Why did you check the turn?

I have noticed that in alot of your posts you seem to 3bet preflop with either big PP's or big cards, miss the flop where a scare card comes out and are at a loss....all while holding a 100BB stack.

So, you either have to gamble more (betting the scare card as if it hit you) or 3bet less until you feel more comfortable playing postflop.

This is 1/2NL so playing 'by the book' usually books you a nice win. Don't get caught up in all the tricks and odd lines you see others posting at higher limits (and this includes to a smaller extent 2/4NL). It is a different game with different level thinkers.

I doubt AK is a big part of his range. KK and AA also seem unlikely. That being said, you fold out most hands you beat on the flop and get a call from the rare AK and AA. I think TT and JJ are his two most likely holdings. I just think if he is semi-solid he has to shove AK pre here for the most equity (seeing all 5 cards).

if u check flop and turn u are going to induce, thus ucall if u take that line
