Felt means fold or shove?

Looks a lot like AA/KK/AK to me ... and more so the former.

Felt means get it all in.

Well, without reads you really can't just put your oppo on AA/KK/AK ... if you do this then you will fold so many better hands against villain.

Re: Standard line? (NL50)

The reason why it looks like AA/KK to me is
1) Hero puts in standard raise
2) Villain minraises (3rd bet)
3) Hero reraises 2.5 times (4th bet)
4) Villain minraises again (5th bet)

I've been reading somewhere that says 5th bet is usually AA/KK. Whatever, maybe he does this with 22 or even 99. W/o reads I fold until he shows me he is going to do this without a strong hand. Maybe I'm too tight.

I'm just saying ... you dont want to get into the habit of folding QQ PF

IMO this is AA/KK/AK a lot of the time.

Should I have taken a different line? (ie. not 4bet him and see a flop)

I figure if he has AA/KK better to find out now than to pay more to find out on the flop.

Re: Standard line? (NL50)

The small re-raise from the SB is usually pretty strong. I don't mind just calling the 3-bet and seeing a flop here.

If he has an underpair you're still getting pretty good value out of him (even though it's unlikely). AK won't hit every flop so you're usually in good shape there because you have position.

AA/KK is why we should be calling the 3-bet. If we spike, we crack it.

He's giving you great odds to crack him. See a flop. If this is not just a random opponent and you have a really good read, maybe we 4-bet. But this kind of thing just rarely happens.

completely readless i just call his min 3bet and see a flop. If you've been stealing a lot and he knows you have a very wide range i'd 4bet and call a shove
