raise pf.

make flop raise to 18 or so.

then make sure you get the rest in.

Sure his range includes AK,AA,K10, but also a ton of stuff you beat.

Re: Flopped Bottom Set with KK flop. Scared play?

I like either a call or bigger raise($18 as said above) on the flop, bet $22ish on the turn, because if he's floating with Ax, no one ever folds an ace there because they think you are FOS representing a king after limp/calling preflop. A call on the turn by him would make the pot 75ish, easy shove for like a 1/2 pot bet. He's going to be calling with most aces and KQ/KJ.

If you really think the villain has a pair < KK and didn't call your raise on the flop with Ax or a king, then I think you played the hand very well, except maybe bump your river bet to $15-$18. However, I think most of his range here is Ax and Kx which means you lost a lot of value without a particular read.

I tank &shove river, sicne I really doubt he checks full house on river.

Also raise bigger on flop, if he has a king he is calling any kind of raise

There are many hands in villainīs range you beat, so try to get the maximum in the middle by the river... checking the turn is bad b/c you give a free card to random kx and lower pp. valuebet more on the river.

after he calls the raise on the flop I'm figuring he has a K and I can get his stack in. You need to bet like 20 on the turn so you can easily get it in on the river.

I got stacked the other night in a similar situation with AQ on a QQ7 flop.

Reraise more on the flop, I like 18.

Don't play scared and bet like $20 on the turn, if he has AK or KK or something, then so be it, standard cooler then, no biggie.
