Deep stacked HU match...Tough river decision

This HU match has been played very very aggro. Villain has shown down alot of funky hands. He is calling my 3 bets 90% of the time with a VERY wide range. A few hands back he showed down 8h3h in a 3 bet pot. He is very aggressive and not that good. In this hand I 3 bet QQ oop and he instacalled. What do you guys think of how I played the hand? Also, a side note to the hand , he very quickly called my flop and turn bet. Is this river a check call or a check fold? His range is so wide that he could possibly have a hand like A6...Would A6 snap call turn bet though? Also another note to the hand when i checked river he instabet pot. TY - Armen

Not being results oriented but I think betting river is probably best in this spot since we are more likely to induce a hero call that way whereas if we check the river it is relatively simple for him to put us on a one or no pair hand (be it aces or lower) and he can make a fairly informed decision. That said if the guy really is an unthinking aggro donk then c/c river maybe best cause he'll probably turn enough of his range into a bluff.

One thing that I think is important here....how has he played his draws in previous pots? If he plays draws passively, I would snap call this, otherwise it's a bit closer.

If he plays his draws passively, I think nut flush draw is a pretty decent part of his range here so the ace could easily have hit him.

Yeah, but he probably plays other flushdraws the same. It's a perfect card for him to bluff.

Kind of a weird bet size on the river for Ace rag though no?
