Full Tilt Screwed me what about you?
 

A few weeks ago while playing a tourney on full tilt poker a bunch of online servers full tilt allows to be used went down. The tourney I was in was down to 11 and i was 2nd in chips with 140Kish while third was in the area of 60K.... The servers went down for many players on the site. But some were not hit. Full Tilt allowed play to continue even while knowing many players were down. By the time the server problem was fixed 30-40 minutes the tourney was down to 6 with me being in 6th with 18k in chips. I recieved 6th place money. Full Tilt said something would be done and put off answering me for 2 weeks. Finally today i recieved an email saying Nothing was going to be done!!!! It was not there fault some servers went down. I feel things like this give online poker a bad stigma. Full Tilt knowing of the problem let play continue so they can keep taking the rack while many of there players where being blinded out in tournies. Its this kind of greed and lack of care for there players that cause so much uprise against online poker!!! I have been on other sites when things of this nature took place and all play was suspended and a chip pay out was given to tourney players who were stopped. Full Tilts responce had the balls to say you still recieved 10 times your buyin for placing sixed!!! Being a player id rather be busted in 10th due to my play then take 6th and be unfairly blinded away with nothing I can do!!! This is just a warning Full Tilt could careless about there players.... If they do something to correct this problem I will update this posting but things are looking bleek. They did for no reason give me a $25 bonus that i had to play to earn for no reason. I will take it and leave but It was more of an insult then a solution I feel... Anyone have anything to say about this???

basically exact same situation, but only a 50$ HU sng. was 2 to 1 chiplead yesterday or the day before when it went down, but opponent somehow could reconnect much faster than me and blinded me out. emailed them 2x, one response that was generic and they havent given me any money back.

Sounds like typical Full Tilt Poker. Full Tilt: where we treat the customers horribly and they come back for more.

wow, I've been playing on tilt mainly lately...and knew that their customer service was poor. (but so was partys in my mind...so nothing new)

But not even PARTY would do something like this to their players. Party would be giving $100 bonuses left and right.

Do what I did and ditch them for good.
Had the same problem getting disconnected from a Sng.
When they finally responded, they instructed me, among other things, to do a traceroute, when I knew damn well the problem was with their servers.

Party NEVER did this kind of crap to me. They went down several times mid-tourny and ALWAYS refunded money as outlined in their TCs...

Better making just a few posts, instead of posting nonsense like you do.
As we saw with pokersoccer, 1100 posts doesn't mean that you can trust a person.
People that have only a few posts concentrate on playing poker, people that suck in poker are trying to trash just postings.

this seems like such an extraordinarily easy to verify situation that it would seem absurd for OP to be lying abaout this.

i imagine that if OP is lying, that FTP would defend themselves at some stage.
