($27) What hand do I need to call shorty\'s push on the bubble?

Blinds 200/400 a25 (Level 8)

Stacks before hand is played:
UTG: 4269
BTN: 1406
SB: 4865
Hero (BB): 2960

Hero is dealt [X,X]

1 fold, BTN raises 981 to 1381 and is all-in, 1 fold, Hero...

What does my hand need to be to call this shove, getting 2.12:1 to call? This assumes BTN is an average to bad player, and I don't have any great reads on him other than he doesn't seem too aggro or passive either way, and maybe a little on the tight side so he's not pushing ATC I don't think. I think one leak I've been developing is calling these kind of shoves too light knowing I'm a dog in this spot (like 40/60 or 34/66, but getting pot odds to call), and once I lose the majority of the time, I'm stuck with a small stack that will need to push really wide and probably bubble.

Also relevant info is if I fold, I'm posting the SB next hand and will have to push tight into a solid reg in the BB that will call me pretty optimally, maybe even a bit lighter than optimal as I have a pushy image to him (which isn't good for me).

Before the next hand is played, stacks would look like:

BTN: 4244
UTG: 2081 <-- pushed previous hand
BB: 4840
Hero (SB): 2535

Any pair, any ace, any broadway, anything sooted and connecting

You can call with probably like top 40% of hands

Ya with 400 in the pot and having to call 1k more you can call with a WIDE range of hands. Pretty close to what Twisted says.
