i am bet/folding the turn. thoughts on this also?

on the river i am:
- bet/folding any 2,3,J,Q,K,A
- bet/calling any 4 or 9
- check/calling a single bet if the 6 or 7 pairs (most of the time)
- prob folding a 5,8,T

I like the hand so far.

River action depends on how many calls you get. I wouldnt c/c anything on a 4-way river and prolly not very often on a 3-way river.

Also, I wouldnt b/c a 4 if river is 3-way and it goes bet - call - raise.

Apart from that I like it. Oh, and nice site and table selection. Ongame?

yes, ongame

i agree with you about the 4, i missed the backdoor straight draw there. i like c/c since i cannot bring myself to b/f.

On multiway rivers I tend to b/f and c/f a lot more and c/c a lot less

I agree with Oink mostly, I would prolly bet/call a 4 river if the last person to act raised after everyone folded, unless I had a read.

Wow, I'm surprised no one has advocated a flop fold here. A bet and two calls on this draw-heavy board means that you're either beat now (no kicker) or that there's a huge chance of being outdrawn later in the hand. Isn't there a hand almost identical to this in SSHE where the authors say to fold the flop?

SSSHers must never fold!

in the games i play in, calling this flop is pretty bad.

Basically, you are calling this flop hoping for runner runner bricks, and even if that happens, you still might not even have the best hand right now.

The pot is big, but your hand sucks so much, I just can't even call the flop.

Is preflop standard with this blind structure?

Checking the flop was good... over calling the flop bet was bad.

get out of my games, no TAGs allowed
that means only one. me.

I would play this the same so far, but there is definately an argument for folding the flop. we can easily be behind here and there are a ton of cards that we will hate. this hand is like a draw that is drawing to the 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

to whoever asked, preflop is a must call
