Poker Tracker Stats

JUst wondering,

I'm getting back to playing FLO8 and was wondering what stats, winning players with say at least 20,000 hands have in the 6-max and full ring games.

And what stats do you look for in weak players to sit with thx.

PT stats are a terrible way to pick winners or losers. There are winning players over 1000's of hands who play 50/25, losers who play nearly the same VP$P & PFR. If you are a quality 6-max player, you will be able to crush up to 15/30 almost every game any time of the day. Many of the 30/60 FTP games are just as easy as well. Higher than that, who knows.

Best way to find the bad players, just observe the tables a while. Anyone playing 50% of their hands is beatable, but some of those LAGs are really tough players, who if you can avoid, you'd be better off avoiding.

i must disagree. simply going by vpip and pfr, yes you cannot decide whether a player is a loser or not. poker tracker/PAHUD has countless statistics at your disposal. such as how often a player goes to showdown vs how often they win at showdown (best indication of fishyness i think), aggression on every street, along with total +/- i find PT/PAHUD a very crucial tool - less so to plo8, but still very helpful.

If you need Poker Tracker to tell you whether a person is a fish or not, maybe you are not ready to play with real money. Stick with playing with play money...
