100NL JJ Step-by-Step

These are always fun and educational.

Villain is running 30/30/inf, and I am at 22/19/inf over 31 hands. We have not tangled up to this point.

How many hands do you need on someone before you actually pot stock into their stats?

What range do you put villain on PF?

What kinds of flops are you looking to play for stacks?

BB ($100.95)
Hero ($102.40)
MP ($128)
CO ($129.55)
Button ($55.75)
SB ($73.85)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].

can't be happy with your position. I call to see what the river brings... probably bigger pre-flop raise would have been in order to open the pot imo

100+ or stats over 50+/20 for 30+hands...

I start a session sometimes playing 28/28 over 50/60 hands building an image getting to grasp with the table...

Most people who are non-morans are only playing TT+ /AQs+ for re-raising purposes from MP ... I think that I call this raise and see a flop...

Only flop I'm really going to go bonkers on is a J- high flop..

I think that I would check-call a non-broadway flop and re-evaluate turn based on villains flop bet size and the turn card.....

Basically it will cost you $30 to see flop and turn.... $12 pf and $18-20 on flop...

You'll know by board texture how beat you are...

I would probably fold TT but JJ is worth a call...

4xBB UTG is big enough .... MP re-raised.... this is a good hand....passiveness is key here...

Flop: ($25.50) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero ???

What is your plan on this particular flop?

What is your turn plan?

Check Call...$20

Let AK do what he has to do...

Turn is the most important card in this hand...
