Re: $109 - early - river valuebet turns into bluff
i don't usually post in high stakes but wtf is going on in this hand? it all seems quite bad...
Edit to not be a dick - you have a huge stack in level 1 and obv have a different style than me or prob most on the board. I'll give you a pass on the rest of the hand but the river I think you only get called there if you are beat badly. Esp. against an unknown in level 1. I think maybe a 4-bet to say 1500 would be much better here. |

lol @ you posting this hand for a second opinion in HSMTT. I won't repeat my comments. I don't want to influence your feedback. I am glad that you decided not to convert the hand this time around either.

So I don't like PF, flop is okay, turn is fine I guess, but I'm not crazy about potting it. And river... well... wow.

Re: $109 - early - river valuebet turns into bluff
Your river thoughts:
"He wouldn't check flop, just flatcall turn, then raise river with a flush?" Either way its a donkament and ppl do weird things and never fold anything, so i dont like |
Re: $109 - early - river valuebet turns into bluff
River, lol.
You're risking ~3800 to win 1350. No way an unknown who raises two pair on the end is going to fold ~73% (3800/5150) of the time. |
