Interested in hearing thoughts specifically on pre-flop play. I'm still trying to understand starting hand strength vis a vis position. My intuition is that this is a pretty strong starting hand, despite being unsuited, and I at least have position on the PFR.

With 11 outs to the nuts (4 aces, 4 8's, 3 9's) and a bunch more outs to other straights, should I be raising the flop?

Check behind on the river since the board paired on the turn?

preflop ok, this hand is good, even in UTG
flop you are in position and have top pair and they shown a weakness - pot it
turn check is ok but you may bluff right there and win in in about 70% of situations
value bet is rather ok
