Bankroll Management and Online Multi Table Play
 

i consider myself to be more of a live player than an online player, however i do play online alot.

my question is this;

i work on a 20 buy in rule with my live bankroll and i use the same with online

how should i apply this to multi table play, do i need to have enough to have 20 buy ins for each table i play?

should i only be playing 1 table??

1 table is very slow and boring at times so i prefer to play 2 - 4 depending on which site im playing

any thoughts?

How many tables you have open at once makes no difference to your roll, unless you're playing 24 or you're really really bad at multitabling.

No. If your edge isn't decreased, then the bankroll requirement doesn't change.

Your edge probably does decrease some because you can't pay attention as well with more tables. But that may be balanced by the extra focus you have because you don't get bored.
