Full tilt and Pstars swap site

I know this has been done before, but I know there is a demand for transfers between stars and ft with the lack of deposit methods, so if I were to build a site that offers such a service for a fee, what do you see as the potential problems or challenges that I would run into, would ftp and stars deal if there was a transfer dispute ? Thanks in advance although this has probably been addressed before.

potential problems is scammers using it, although if you had the right rules it probably could be avoided.

Your account will get banned sooner or later by FTP.

I believe KyleB had his account locked for not that many transfers. You may want to search for his posts, but yes, Full Tilt will lock your account and confiscate your money.

Your site could theoretically just hook people up to swap while you provided insurance(for a fee) on any transfer. You could also do ebay type things like feedback.

Yes, on the Internet forum KyleB (a moderator on this site) had/has a long thread where his account was locked for doing transfers.

The sites don't allow it because really there's no way to tell if you're doing it legitimately or if you're money laundering. You could go through the whole process of setting up a fake transfer website (that looks/works as if it were real) as a front for a money laundering scheme.

Edit - they do allow SOME transfers but obviously they have some threshold on either number of transfers or total transfer amount that sets off flags.
