Poker Stars - The Checks in the Mail!
 

A friend and I both orded checks weeks ago - nothing yet!

Stars said they will not even investigate until 15 business days have elapsed.


I withdraw in Feb and the check was that same week. It seems things have changed.

Anyone else having problems or experiencing delays getting paid?

Just wait 15 business days? I've never had an issue getting a check from PS.

I suppose they say 15 working days to make sure it IS lost, and not just delayed.

What would you do if you cancelled it, then it showed up next day??

And besides, they WILL cancel before 15 working days. You will have to pay for it though. I did one last week, cashed out and cancelled about 3 days later (my fault, mis-managed bankroll). Payed $15 money was back in my account within 24hrs.

I should have checked my mail before posting - the check arrived today - thanks all.

By the way - if you are interested in the timeline - here it is....


Requested a check on 7/9.

The check was mailed by Stars on 7/18 and arrived 7/20.

They used to take exactly 1 week and have recently increased to 2 weeks for some reason.

I have 4 pending, the first of which was requested on the 8th or so, so it will probably arrive today.
