Or mabye not, some people might say I played badly.

No reads on villain, not at table long enough.

CO raises, could be anything from QJ+, re-raise I think is appropriate. I also have position on him.

Rainbow flop, and the villain leads into me. I read it as a semi bluff, with something like AJ - AK, hoping that I missed the flop. Possibly even A10. I suppose it could be QQ+ however can I spend my life in fear of these hands? Could he have hit his set? Would he lead into me if he did, or let me try and c-bet. I feel folding here would be pretty weak, what better flop would I want (bar a J) from pre-flop.

I re-raise to try and take it down, the large amount is for that reason, I don't want him to continue and an A / K / Q come on the turn.

Turn is an A, feel its probably hit him. Not worth calling with only two outs to improve.

So here is the question, reckon I played it right? Or was I too aggressive and I'm going to get stacked every time I run into QQ KK and AA?

Thanks folks.

Raise a lot more preflop if you choose to raise... at least up to $1.50-$2.

You shouldn't think of raising on the flop to take it down, you want worse hands to call. You want to get value out of worse hands. You want him to continue in the hand when he has very few outs.

Call turn getting > 3:1

preflop min-raise is really bad , if u want to raise make it at least 3x-4x his raise. flop play is standard , turn fold is probably correct , u cant beat alot of hands. ( mightve flopped a straight , set , 2 pair) its an ugly board and turn makes it uglier.

Agree on the pre-flop raise. Turn I should have said I wouldn't shed a tear if he folded, I wanted to make it so if he did call with something like AK, it would be incorrect.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the villain with something like A10, it fits his pattern pretty well, raise pre-flop in late position, trying to put pressure on the blinds, hits tptk on the flop, leads out because he doesn't want to see higher cards, and the ace makes his two pair.

Then again for all I know I might see QQ - KK.

In regards to the pre-flop raise, increase his 3x 4x, that means making it $1.60 - $2, how do I respond to a shove?

Should I be that aggressive with JJ? I'd double think calling that situation with QQ. But then I might be loosing money as I've also seen a lot of people in these stakes call an all in with as low as AJ.

Help lol.

P.s. Sorry meant to post this in full table, must have had wrong window open.
