Villain here is 27/18/2.3 and can be aggro and spewy postflop. PM me if you care who this actually is.

Curious. What was your plan on the turn if you didn't improve?

Call and ck behind or fold river, bet turn if ck'd to again.

EDIT: I don't think I've ever NOT been checkraised on a board like this on AP.

I will do this every once in a whaile with a hand like this on a bad board, where sometimes villain might think he's bluffing but is actually ahead. The reasoning is that villain is basically always c/ring, and by checking behind flop it makes it look like we have a UI Ax that wants to get to SD cheaply, and villain will give up on his bluff before even starting it. The goal is to get to SD and win with Q high. When I say once in a while, I mean like 1:30. If we do this with any noticeable frequency, it is very easy to exploit. Anyways, I wouldn't do it on this board, because we have our gs and 2 overs. I would just b/3b the flop, maybe take a free turn depending.

which would suck, but if he c'rs almost always this won't happen often enough to really matter.
