Could some one post which line to change in order to change pfr from 4bb to 3.5bb at party.

why dont you ask in the AHK/betpot thread?

I tried doing this because i wanted a 2.5x,3x, and 4xbb, but i couldnt figure it out so i just use the bb/sb adjuster and i can make it anyone of those in the same time as if they had their own key.

Pot(getid(),"1 1 1 1", "smallblind", "", 0)
should do the trick (the important change being the removal of "ssnl" from the 4th parameter.
