Who will do the best at there Summer Get fit goals
 
Seems to be about 5 of us that started Summer weight loss Goals. Which one do you think will do the best come October 1st? Adds a little motivation to us all [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I'll add my name into the fold but I'm more of a lurker ([censored], I need to fix that). I'm in the fight of my life, well against myself. I need to drop this weight, I have had it on now for over three years and well anyways. I started the summer at 299 and am now at 285. But I'm working everyday. I wish you guys well and will be checking up. Holla.

I wasn't put on that list, but I have met my goals for the most part. I've dropped 30lbs, down from 21%+ bf to 12-13%, and have gotten somewhat stronger in the process. I've modified my goals somewhat, and want to hit 10% bf before I start bulking up again, though I'm not sure if I will do that or not. I really wanted to get a 6-pack first, but I think I'm getting pretty damn skinny and my abs probably just aren't big enough to look good. I don't want to get too small.
