Villain is like a 47/23 donk lol. I stacked him earlier by 2x potting riv on a 2 pair board, with nuts, he claled with the smaller pair card

fold it and maybe check the turn. if he checks river you can always 2x pot it to make up the value you missed by checking turn
edit: villain seems like the type that loves to call alot but rarely raises. if he is this type this is an easy fold, and an easy turn bet.
If he is the type that does ridiculous raising than you should either be bet/calling this turn or checking behind.

i like bet/fold the least of all the possible options

Ah i see. I shouldn't bet here with the intention of folding.

I mean, you have a good pair and a good draw. If he is very passive, bet fold is entirely ok, since you want to get value when he c/c some rando heart or crappy pair, but if he is very aggressive, i hate a bet fold, since you will usually have either the best hand, or the best draw, or both

I would be so happy to check that turn. Checking the flop is not a bad option either.

if villain is a passive station checking turn gives up too much value i think

I think you should definitely be checking this turn. As played fold, you have 7 outs a lot of the time.

Why check flop? Passive stations will call down with a wide range here.

tbh, ,I think he would've called with a FD on turn. THe question, imo, is whether he has a weak Q, or a stronger hand than mine.

Turn check is good 3-way. HU I like a bet.
