Include stack sizes and bet/raise sizes.

Stack sizes/blinds are essential...I'm going to estimate them and say easy shove preflop but we need that info!

Sorry, for some reason when I pasted from the hand convertor it didnt include them. I dont remember the exact sizes b/c the game was from last night. I had him covered by 2xish. He wasnt in danger of getting put out. Thats about all I remember. Next time I ask I'll try to do it right.
