Villain is tight agressive, you are weak tight.
Put in a reraise on the flop or something, try to find out where you're at.
Maybe even push the turn.

Just calling it all down seems so weak to me.

Why would you raise to "find out where you are at" here? You have position, the board is dry, and you're likely WA/WB. By raising, won't you fold out those KK,QQ,AQ hands that you're beating?

But KK QQ will probably stop fireing at the turn so you wont get any more value anyhow.
By calling down (beeing WB) you just lose your whole stack.

Well when you have position, you can see how he's gonna act before you on all 3 streets; since he's not a maniac or anything, unless he has AA, JJ, I doubt he'll fire on the turn AND river.

I like a fold on the river with no history. Villian seems too likely to have AJ, AA, or JJ.

If he had AQ you'd think he'd be worried that you have AK, AJ or AT, but he does not seem to care.

I like the call down because you are keeping the pot small and there is no value in a raise because villain will need a pretty strong hand to make a call on this board. Only gutshots are possible and if he has KK, QQ he has an easy laydown.
I fold to the river push though. This looks like a value bet. I don't know which busted draw or mini-pair he could bluff here. The best thing you can hope for is a split. I only call this under very specific circumstances and even then my hands are shaking.
