Microsoft SMS Mirror Drive
 

Whenever I start up my computer I get this popup that is an Add New Hardware popup but then warns me about Microsoft SMS Mirror Drive and how it hasnt been tested for Windows and may cause unstable operations. What is this? I googled it and says it is for video acceleration. Is this safe to install? Why would it just randomly pop up without my downloading something?
