Shut out at Paradise

In the past 4 week's I have made repeated attempt's to remove my $$ out of Paradise only to run into a series of dead end's.The site switched over to a sporting bet & I had to down load new software & password to log on. I have never had a problem before withdrawing $$.This time I was told I had to take a cheque.I did ,butnever received it. My account balance is zero, I can no longer log on to the site they say my password is invalid.I have tried to call but the number is not working,my e-mail request's have also gone unanswered. Any one else have any problem's along these lines ?

Where do you live that you can play on Paradise? Before you got hijacked for cash, were the games good? How much money are we talking about here?

I live in Canada & have been on Paradise for about 2 1/2 yrs.The site recently switched to Sporting Bet & this is when the troubles strated.I have always withdrawn $$ from them & never had a problem, when I heard rimour's they had been sold I withdrew 2,400 no problem. I started receiving bonus's for raked hands & worked my account back up. I have requested a cheque for 411.20 u.s. & have yet to receive the $$ or any response from Sporting Bet.Just wondering if anyone else was having any problems??

I withdrew all my money about 1 month ago to MoneyBookers without problems. About $200.

I too am experiencing a payment problem with Paradise, though somewhat different than yours. Getting a response from them is difficult. The most effective method I have found to get them to reply is e-mailing admin@sportingbet.com. The responses to sportingbet.com emails have all come from Paradise support, indicating the parent company still seems to care about its customers even if Paradise does not.

i believe sportsbook.com bought out paradise, people have been experiencing payout issues with sportsbook and their sister sites. but it appears to have reached some resolution recently with people getting fedex and dhl tracking number for their chex. i too am waiting for several check, but i'm not worried about being paid.. it's just going to take awhile.
