Exactly how easy is this decision?

Playing live $3/$5 NL last night. Villian just got moved to my table and I have no read. Villian in this hand has a $210 stack, I have $430.

Pre-flop: Folds to MP ($500 stack) who raises to $20, I am in cut-off with KsKc, and I re-raise to $60. Folds to villian in SB who calls. MP folds, and we are heads-up to the flop.

Flop (pot= $145): Qd, Tc, 4h
Villian thinks for about 3 seconds and shoves with his remaining $150.

I am definately still learning, and would be interested in others thought processes here.

It is one of the easiest decisions you will ever face on the flop.

How much of a factor is stack size in this decision? In other words, if villian shoved for $300 into a $145 pot, would it still be an easy call? At what point does this become a tougher decision?

Thanks for all the responses. I come from a limit background, and I am still getting over my irrational fear of getting stacked.

This is the dream scenario for you.
Given the circumstances, you have to call EVERYTIME and let the cards fall into place so don't worry about being stacked.

Only hand you're worried about is a set or QT but its unlikely he has those.
