2/4 - KK river decision

Villain is lilouche (or however you spell it). He's a big fish at 53/14. He likes to check/call draws, marginal pairs, weak hands, etc. I think an important fact is that within the last 10-20 minutes or so, there was a previous hand where the board put some sort of bluffing card (3-flush, 4-flush, 4-straight), and he lead into me (as the aggressor) with a large overbet. I assumed he had it that time.

He didn't show, but not many fish like him bet 3x the pot on a scare card without at least some stupid 1-card to a straight. I should also mention that he's not you're standard LAP. If he had been, I'd muck this and not post it.

Your read is spot on. Nice one. I had the feeling he was bluffing, mainly due to the past history that I posted above. But I was wondering what people consider the standard play in this spot without situational reads.

is this really a standard fold? my intial reaction is this is a quick call. i would be more concerned if he lead into you on the river for say $70 or something stupid like that.
