Quick Question
 
Hey I need help finding out how old you have to be to legally play online poker in Wisconsin. I have googled this but I couldn't find anything very helpful. Could someone please tell me or atleast point in the right direction. thanks.

ok now I see that it is completely prohibited... so what would happen if someone played online poker in wisconsin and cashed out?

Chances are that most US-accepting sites wont even let you open up an account if you live in one of those "banned" states. IDK for sure though. You should be writing every single publicly elected figure in your city, county and state and letting them know how pissed off you are about these ridiculous laws. Is it a felony in your state? If so, thats just outrageous. The poker players alliance has some good templete letters you can send in to all your politicians. If we keep up the fight, they will eventually get the word and things will work out for us.
