NL100 Working on bet-sizing. The river value bet.
 

This is one area that I need serious work on. I almost always bet too much on the river. What's good? Rest of the hand okay?

I may bet flop here. As played, I probably bet 40-45 on the river and hope someone has 6x, a straight or a lower flush.
