NL50 : AKs in RR pot flop K facing push

I had 40ish hands on vilain before that hand happened and I really thought about folding here. He had a PFR of like 6% on 40hands which isnt enought to make a clear decision given his stats.

Sorry for the HH, it's from a euro soft and I can't convert the hands.

There would have to be exceptional circumstances for me to fold TPTK or better in a 3b HU pot at NL50.

And I think you need to get a standard 3b bet size and stick to it. $6.75 or $7 works. $6 is a bit too light.

without any more information than what you've given I'd say his range for the flop raise is AK,KK+ with like 1 combo of KQ thrown in there that you beat.

AK: 3*2 = 6 combos (50% equity)
KK: 1 combo (0% equity)
AA: 3 combos (~10 equity)
KQ: 1 combo (~90 equity)

gotta dash - just work out what your equity is against that range and then make yr decision based on the pot odds etc...

I just don't see KQo or KQs in his 3b range even if he's in position.

I was thinking at best I'm spliting here.
@monk : please read. NOIQpoker HH are weird and I haven't found anything yet that can convert any of them for a forum format.

You only have 40 hands on him and said you don't have enough info on him to make a good read. Therefore, TPTK is teh nutz in a 3b pot. Don't be results orientated. Randoms show up with KJ here so often it's not even funny.

i 3bet a little more to $7 pf. This is a mid pp so often, and sometimes kx. Insta shove his flop raise!

Is there something about his stats that would make us require a larger sample size than usual?

40 hands seems plenty enough to suggest he has a tight raising range. It certainly is possible that he is one of those types that call a 3bet with a wide range, and I forgot he was IP, so his range is probably wider than I suggested. I still think this a split/aces 75%+ of the time, but I guess you had enough equity to get it in (but I haven't checked).

This hand is so standard that the only reason anyone is replying is to bump their post count.
