25 NL-King High Flush Draw on Monotone Flop

Villian in running 24/17/1...no specific reads

What line should I take here? I didn't want to smooth call because I am stuck OOP in a decent sized pot when I miss, and a fourth diamond might kill my action if opponent isn't on the flush when I hit. Reraising his flop 3bet felt mehhh. Any input and advice is appreciated. Thanks

I would fold. All your potential outs suck.

Yup, I think I fold this too. And bet nearer to pot on the flop. $1.50 minimum.

He would have to be an extreme fish for this call to be profitable. A fourth heart on the board will just kill action from any potential worse flushes, so your implied odds for hitting the flush suck.

you´re getting about 3-1 if you had the Ad call but you might end stacking yourself with the 2nd nuts if you hit

I'd put him on Ad, could be even AXd, easy fold for me. Though there's the possibility for him to just scare fourflushes away after flopping top pair or even a set but scary board and reraise is enough for a fold, get his money later.

I folded the hand fairly quickly...just wanted to make sure that I wasn't playing too weakly...thanks again for the advice

Re-raise to $10. Unless he's a complete donk he sees the board is scary and puts you on exactly the type of hand you have.

He could be holding as little as a pair, but is more than likely on the same thing you are - a decent diamond draw. I see a re-raise here pushing him off a bluff or a draw often enough to be profitable.
