Fold and take a note about that.
He could be stealing (the 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] is the worst card you can see on river and he probably knows that) but without any read on him fold is the most solid play.

Apart from he doesn't know what we have so it could be the best card possible for us for all he knows. If we were oop and we checked or bet small then that would be the case.
