+EV Lottery Ticket
 

Massachusetts is dumb. The whole point of a scratch ticket is the instant gratification of trying to become a millionaire as you walk out of the 7-11. So they decided to sell tickets where you don't find out if you won til 4th of July. Oh and the tickets cost $20. lol.

Turns out they haven't even sold enough to cover all the prizes they have guaranteed to give away.

The lottery in MA almost singlehandedly helped keep this state afloat during the real rough financial times. I believe it nets almost a billion per year now.

Ive had the though that if the lotto is over 66mil you have the right odds to play you have about 1/33,000,000 to win but 1/3 of it is taken away in taxes. So if the loto is over 66,000,000 you should go to a bank take out a 33,000,000 loan and buy 33,000,000 lotto tickets. One is bound to win. Pay off the loan and you are in the good by 11million.

Ill let someone else try this keep us informed in how it goes.

If there are multiple winners though, you split the prize and then you won't be able to pay the loan. Another problem you would encounter is buying up all the tickets. This takes alot of time and multiple terminals, so you would need to also pay people to go to various locations.
