Help with UB software problem.....

First let me say I have tried contacting Ultimate Bet support twice on this issue & they treated me like this was the first time I've sat at a computer. I don't blame them because there are a lot of morons in the world. I'm only half a moron. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

OK. Problem.
When I go to open "Extended Chat"...it WILL open but minimize itself to the taskbar & that's it.
It will not "open" to where I can see the chat.
I have checked all my settings.....even reset everything back to default settings with no luck.

Since I don't think this is going to be easily fixable.......would it be OK to reinstall the program?

wont hurt to unistall / reinstall. also wont hurt to dl mcafee or adaware to get rid of any virus's or spyware ... if that doesnt work i would dl all windows updates and then run ur virus scan again, followed by unistall / reinstall ... lol. and if that doesnt work .... extended chat isnt that great anyways... i never use it
