Cramer\'s Mad Money

OK I'm not much of an investor (mainly index funds etc.), but recently I've started watching Mad Money because I find it entertaining.

One thing I've noticed is that, the day after Cramer touts a stock, it tends to surge. Ex: he praised OMTR as a takeover target on Fri, today it's up 13.5%.

So what's the best way (if any) to make money on this predictable occurence? Do these spikes tend to reverse after the daytraders take profits? Can shorting a stock like OMTR now, after the big post-Cramer runup, be a good strategy?
