L.O.L. forum - help me find this! (Hilarity shoudl ensue if found)
 

a site where you type in the phone number and message and either a computer generated voice of your choice will leave the voicemail... or someone will actually call that number with the message.

I think it's a service for people who cant talk ... but um.. I have a relative that needs this. thanks!
