Looking for some new music

Last summer I picked up Arcade Fire (Funeral), Ghostfaced Killah (Fishscale) and Brother Ali from recommendations on this board. All great.

Any new recommendations for some summer workout music?

My contribution would be The Vines--good melodic tracks, but not really work out music. I also enjoyed Neon Bible more than most did (Arcade Fire).

Off the top of my head, my favorite new albums this year are (in no particular order):

Modest Mouse - We Were Dead Before The Ship Even Sank
Arcade Fire - Neon Bible
Queens of the Stone Age - Era Vulgaris
The Shins - Wincing The Night Away

People like different stuff to work out to, so I don't necessarily know what workout music is for you.

El-P's "I'll Sleep When You're Dead" is the best hip-hop album of the year, by a fair margin. And I think it would make good workout music, pretty aggressive.

Brother Ali's new CD is real good as well.

The National - Boxer
If you like that check out their older albums Alligator and a S/T'd
GZA - Liquid Swords
LCD Soundsystem - Sound of Silver, I like this for working out though YMMV
Cold War Kids - Robbers and Cowards

None of these are that great to work out too. Personally I thought the shins was weakest album of theirs but not bad, modest mouse pretty good and arcade fire pretty awful (compared to funeral).

Anyways.
try: The Fratellis- Costello Music Brit rock pop.
