That tree picture has got to be photoshopped -- who are the experts that can tell us?

It looks like someone took a picture of a nude woman, applied some bark texture then placed it into a picture of a tree replacing the original tree.

The shading on the left 'leg' looks pretty odd. Creating photoshop like this woul actually be pretty simple with a decent set of images; very well done though
