I'm on my parents' computer, and I'm getting an error for missing codec when I open. Gonna try when I get back on my own PC on Friday, but anyone else getting a similar problem?

So much wanted to watch this. I downloaded it, but no luck. Windows Media Player downloaded a codec, but when I try to play it, I get great audio but no video at all. You guys got any ideas.
