Ask a Black Guy thread
 

A few people in the "Propositioned by some dude in a strip club" thread have asked me to start a ‘Ask a Black guy' thread so here it is.

A few things:

1)I'm not your typical African-American. I was born in Haiti and I was raised in Canada. So I don't know what's the deal with fried chicken and watermelon. I just don't know.

2)I've never lived in the projects or the ghetto. The only thing I know about these places is what I've learned from listening to rap music and watching movies like "Boyz' in da Hood" and "Juice".

3)I've never been in prison or on welfare in my life.

4)I've never had sex with a black chick in my life. Only whites, natives and Asians.

5)I enjoy Hockey and Football (the one where you only play with your feet) and I don't really follow American Football or Basketball.

6) Writing all this made me realise that I'm more of a white guy than anything else.

Oh well.

Any who, ask away.

I don’t really mind them, they look silly more than anything else. I saw a few at the mall the other day that were calling each other the n-word. I just shook my head and went on my way.

Meh that’s kinda lame. My dad came to Canada broke as hell and earned his respect by working two jobs while going to university, earning his degree and a good job and went on from there.
